Philip Waterhouse is nationally known and respected as a leading authority on flexible learning, supported self-study and resource-based learning. He is a former headteacher of two schools, and was director of the Avon Resources for Learning Development Unit. From 1981-89 he led the CET Supported Self-Study Project.
