Biografía del autor
Maureen Cooper was a teacher and senior education officer for schools before becoming a senior personnel manager. A Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, she is a trained psychometric tester and OFSTED inspector. The authors is a director of Education Personnel Management Ltd (EPM), a company committed to providing high quality advice to schools. She has a wealth of experience in advising schools and is a nationally recognised as expert trainer in this field.
