Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Catherine Atkinson is a trained Cordon Bleu cook with a Bsc (Hons) in Home Economics. She has worked in a number of hotels and restaurants including the Roux Brothers patisserie. She became involved with the world of pubishing, writing recipes and styling food photography and has been Deputy Cookery Editor for Woman s Weekly and Me magazine. Catherine currently works as a freelance writer and is a consultant for a number of food and lifestyle magazines - she has written and contributed to over 30 cookery books.
