Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Neil Perry is a prominent Australian chef, restaurateur, author and television presenter. He is also the co-ordinator for Qantas Flight Catering under his company Rockpool Consulting and has a food brand sold under his name in Woolworths. Neil is also executive chef of a number of critically acclaimed restaurants in Australia.
