Thomas R. Lynch, PhD, is a professor of clinical psychology and the director at the Center for Innovation in Mental Health at the University of Southampton. He is the founder of radically open dialectical behavior therapy. He was previously a professor at the University of Exeter and Duke University Medical Center.
