Über die Autorinnen und Autoren

Michael Bohlander is the International Co-Investigating Judge at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia. He was also a judge at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers from 2017 - 2022, and a civil and criminal judge in the German judiciary from 1991 - 2004. He holds the Chair in Global Law and SETI Policy at Durham Law School (UK). He is the General Editor of Studies in International and Comparative Criminal Law with Hart/Bloomsbury.

Gerhard Kemp is Professor of Criminal Law at UWE Bristol Law School, UK, and Extraordinary Professor in Public Law at Stellenbosch University, South Africa.

Mark Webster is an international criminal law practitioner and a Scottish qualified solicitor. He has previously worked for the United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials in the Office of the Co-Investigating Judges, in the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court, for the Scottish Government (on secondment to the UK Government), and for the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe's Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina. He currently works for a non-governmental organisation.
