THE SECOND CHAPTER SHOWS HOW UNIONS DEAL GLOBALIZATION THROUGH COLLECTIVE BARGAINING REGARDING OUTSOURCING, ALLIANCES, STRIKES AND POLITICAL ACTION, INCLUDING LOBBYING AND INTERNATIONAL WORK STANDARDS.
