Hardcover. Zustand: gut. Excellent book!!! Very spiritual but you need to be ready for it. The book will be way over someone's head if they have not been doing meditation and energy work, daily for many years. If you have not shifted already, the content will be hard to grasp and seem like a bunch of etherial bull crap. It's not. Had I read this 25 years ago, it would have seem more like a mythological fairy tail rather than the universal truth. This is not for lovers of The Secret, The Celestine Prophecy or even Deepak Chopra fans. It's gets into the truths of the universe and unless you have been physically seeing the Matrix, Auras, Angels, Deceased, it will just be a story. I've been meditating for 25 years, do not take drugs of any kind, legal or otherwise and do not drink. No I am not a nut and very happy and balance. I'm amazed at the knowledge in this book. It is the truth. And no, I am not better than someone who has not meditated for years. Just reading something is different than reading it and experiencing it as well. DR. J. J.
