She has also written Eat Orgasmically and Still Lose Weight (Thorsons, 1997) Ten Minute Stress Relief, and Ten Minute Anti-Ageing (Cassell Illustrated 2003), Erica who has been practising yoga and meditation since her teens, lives in islington with her husband and son. Bellur Krishnamachar Sundaraja Iyengar is the founder of the Iyengar school of yoga, and still teaches from his base in Pune in southern India.
