A Look At Times Past In Spence, Georgia is a compilation of history, stories, photos and recollections of the Spence community located in northern Grady County in Georgia. The book begins with a short genealogy of the family from whom the community's name is derived. Newspaper accounts of churches, businesses and schools and other happenings are chronicled. More than 900 photos are included that were shared by community residents. Several residents shared their memories of living in the community, attending church and attending the different schools in the area.
