The second one is to Benjamin Hooks, followed by an eight line sentence and signed by John E. Fleming. The seven chapters are in three parts. Tables, appendices, note, bib., and index. DJ: The spine strip has darkened and its bottom edge is a little frayed. The front panel has a 5/8 in. closed tear that is tipped back together with glue.
