Zhu Jingwen is a professor in legal theory at the China Law School at the Renmin University of China, and a Board Member of the China Law Society. He was a visiting scholar of the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii and a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Wisconsin Law School. In 2005 he was elected as a Distinguished Contemporary Chinese Jurist. He is the author of A Study on Jurisprudence (2006), Report on China's Law Development, etc. Han Dayuan is Professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law and the Dean of the China Law School at the Renmin University of China. He is the Executive Director of the China Law Society. And he was a visiting scholar at Harvard University and Kyoto University. In 2005, he was elected as a Distinguished Contemporary Chinese Jurist. He is the author of The Constitution of 1954 and the Constitutionalism in China (2008), The Basic Theory of Constitution (2008), etc.
