Manmohan Singh has been the prime minister of India since 2004. P. Chidambaram is India's defense minister. Sameer Kochhar is the president of the Skoch Development Foundation, the leading think tank on digital, social, and financial inclusion issues in India; the CEO of Skoch Consultancy Services; a consultant for several Fortune 500 companies; and the creator of the world's largest independent online knowledge repositories on financial inclusion, digital inclusion, and urban development. He is the author of six books, including Speeding Financial Inclusion, and the chief editor of Inclusion, a quarterly publication focused on development economics issues.
