After / receiving his MD (pharmacology) and DM (clinical pharmacology) from PGI, Chandigarh. he obtained his DNB (clinical pharmacology and therapeutics) and membership of American college of clinical Pharmacology. He has been awarded DSc (honoris causa) for his pioneering work in herbal drug research. He has presented his work at more than 10 international conferences and has published more than 100 research papers in national and international journals. Viney Gupta MD (Ophthalmology) is currently Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology, Dr RP centre for Ophthalmic - Sciences, AIIMS. New Delhi. After completing his postgraduation in ophthalmology and subsequently senior residency from AIIMS, New Delhi. he is presently working in the glaucoma service at the RPcentre.
