I used this book first in 1980 when I was suffering from asthma and obesity. I reduced my weight in 8 months gradually and got control over my asthma . The very simplicity of the instructions is very encouraging. In 2007, I bought this book for my daughter and I can testify to the effectiveness of this book especially in weight loss and and increase in self esteem!
