RAMESH CHANDRA MISHRA, Ph.D., is Professor and Head of Mechanical Engineering Department, Northern India Engineering College, Lucknow. He has twenty-five years of teaching experience and nineteen years of industrial experience. He is a member of the Institution of Engineers (India) and Indian Society of Technical Education (ISTE). He has authored several books, including Maintenance Engineering and Management, published by PHI Learning, New Delhi. SIMANT, M.Tech (CAD/CAM), is Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Northern India Engineering College, Lucknow. He has eight years of teaching experience and has authored a book on advanced strength of materials.
