Don Desroches has over 20 years of experience mediating and facilitating in the Financial Services industry, providing him the ability to understand the complexities of each individual's finances during mediation sessions. Dana Greco and Don Desroches are the co-founders of The Mediation and Family counseling Group (www.mediationandcounselinggroup.com) and of Family Advocates Information and Resources (Fairnys.org) to help families in need due to family court and divorce laws in New York State. They are also the hosts of the radio show "New Beginnings," which inspired the writing and research for this book. In addition to volunteering time at Fairnys.org, he volunteers at other similar non-profit organizations, Fathers and Families New York, Inc., and Families Civil Liberties union, where he serves as a family advocate.
