I've struggled for over 58 years with my weight problem, from just being overweight, to obese, to severely obese. Using the techniques and experience that I learned, I implementated and documented a Weight Management and Smart Eating Program I used myself to lose 220 pounds and to keep it off without any diet fad, extra cost or surgery. I was 58 years old and severely obese, starting to develop medical problems because of my weight. I knew it was time to do something about it or I was going to die at a young age. At 5 ft. 9 in. and 425 pounds plus, I knew I'd have to lose at least 200 pounds and maybe more.
