Reseña del editor:
This book was written at the suggestion of some colleagues and relatives to record the highlights of my forty plus years as a trial lawyer. Because of the timing of the beginning of my trial practice, I participated in what today would be an unusual number of major trials, a number of which were quite unique. Some of the book comes from published materials; the rest is the product of my seventy year-old memory, which, surprising to me, turned out to be quite satisfactory for the job.
