Godfrey Harris has been a public policy consultant based in Los Angeles, California, since 1968. He began consulting after brief careers as a university lecturer, U.S. Army intelligence officer, foreign service officer with the Department of State, and organizational specialist in the President's Executive Office. He has been involved in product development as a manager, author, teacher, and speaker since he did his first word of mouth studies in 1991 in conjunction with an international tourism project. In 2005, he accepted the role of Curator of the Da Vinci Experience exhibit in the United States. This book results from that work. Harris holds degrees from Stanford University and the University of California, Los Angeles.
