Sally Price is author of Primitive Art in Civilized Places and Co-Wives and Calabashes. Richard Price's books include First-Time, Alabi's World, and The Convict and the Colonel. Their most recent joint books are Equatoria and Enigma Variations: A Novel. The Prices have taught at Yale, Johns Hopkins, Princeton, Stanford, the University of Paris, and the Federal University of Bahia. They now divide their time between Martinique, where they write, and Virginia, where they are professors at the College of William and Mary.
