Bogle, Lucien Davis, Lancelot Speed, H. J. Ford and C. H. M. Kerr.Containing an inscription of a previous owner to the page recto to the frontispiece: 'Emily Smith, Beech House, Haslington'.This copy came from the library at Julians Park, Hertfordshire, the previous home of Audrey Pleydell-Bouverie (1902-1968). She was an English socialite and through her mother was the illegitimate granddaughter of King Edward VII. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, bumping to the head and tail of spine and extremities. Slight fading to the spine. Previous owner's inscription to the page recto to the frontispiece. Internally, hinges tender but firm. Book is generally firmly bound. A few spots to the pages and some coloured pencil inscription to the frontispiece, but otherwise pages generally clean. Good Only.
