Tina Catling and Mark Davies both have 20 years experience in marketing, working in some of the largest advertising and marketing agencies in the world including Saatchi and Saatchi and Ogilvy and Mather and working for some of the worlds most exciting companies. In 1993 they founded the award--winning agency outside the box plc, where they quickly established a reputation for excellence and creativity with clients such as Boots, Dulux, Royal Mail, Argos, npower, Wedgwood, Littlewoods. Tinas role in the agency as Innovations Director is to develop relationships with both existing and prospective clients, creatively extending their strategic planning and challenging existing marketing plans and thinking methods. Marks role as Managing Director focuses on group operations ensuring that the company consistently delivers outstanding results. They have very different ways of approaching their work Tina allows her mind to work very freely with prolific output, while Mark works in a more processed, analytical way focused on outcome. Together they create a stimulating and rewarding environment and excellent results. In addition to their work within the agency they spend time lecturing on the IDM Diploma and they regularly speak at business events throughout the UK.
