Erickson, 'Hypnotic treatment of a case of acute hysterical depression', Erickson, 'Hypnotic psychotherapy', Lawrence S. Kubie (psychiatrist), Jacob H. Conn (psychiatrist, taught the first course in medical hypnosis at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine as an associate professor (1904-1990)), Robert M.
