ALL ORDERS ARE PACKED IN PROPER CARDBOARD MAILERS OR LARGER CARTONS FOR MAXIMUM PROTECTION - we have never had a book damaged in transit in over 25 years of mail order dealing and last year only two orders out of over 10000 went astray. Standard UK orders are sent Royal Mail 48hrs delivery at buyers risk (but subject to RM £30 standard coverage), more expensive itmes will be sent via tracked post or courier.
Overseas orders go by tracked Royal Mail airmail or by courier for larger or more expens...

Full refunds only given for books which are materially defective or significantly not as described. Any faults must be notified within 7 days of receipt.
As the UK has now left the EU, the 14 days right of cancellation of orders no longer applies and returns will not be accepted other than for the above reasons.
