Good condition overall.; Catalogue from the exhibition 'Kuniyoshi: From the Arthur R.Miller Collection' held at Royal Academy of Arts, London 21 March-7 June 2009 and Japan Society, New York 12 March-13 June 2010.; Utagawa Kuniyoshi (1797-1861) is considered one of the greatest Japanese print artists. Along with such illustrious figures as Hokusai and Hiroshige, he dominated nineteenth-century essays in the popular genre of woodblock prints known as ukiyo-e ('pictures of the floating world'). This book presents a selection of Kuniyoshi's finest prints in high-quality reproductions.
