Inhaltsangabe
An authoritative account of electronic and optoelectronic devices, and, uniquely, their circuit applications too. The theory and applications of MESFETs, HEMTs, RF MOSFETs, BJTs, HBTs, LEDs, and lasers are explained. Plentiful real world examples are included, as are end of chapter problems. Ideal for graduate students, professionals, and researchers.
