Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. 1st Edition. No jacket, plastic wrapper, maroon boards with sun tanning on the spine and edges of the boards. Slight scuffing on the spine edges and edge ware. The spine has cracked slightly on the internal front few pages, remains in tact with the webbing. Gilt lettering on the front board and spine. Pages are clear with age tanning on the inside boards, end papers, and page ends. A few of the pages have been repaired. This doesn't affect the B&W pictorial illustrations or the writing.
