Artikelbeschreibung des Verkäufers
Publisher's hardback in nearly new condition: firm and square, strong joints, sharp corners, no bumps. Contents crisp, tight and clean; no pen-marks. Not from a library so no such stamps or labels. Looks unread. Thus a tidy book in very presentable condition.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Jennifer Roberts has taught economics to public health professionals at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine for over three decades. She became involved with the economics of infectious disease in the late 1980s, producing work on salmonella, E.coli O157, infectious intestinal disease, hepatitis, flu, and latterly hospital acquired infection and MRSA. The work has had important policy implications and has been widely used. She is also interested in the economics and policies associated with health care systems and public health sectors, and the changes in their organisation that have occured following the adoption of market style management.
