Illustrated, with a folding portrait frontispiece of the author and four folding tables. With the errata to the rear. Collated, this copy has been bound without the folding map. He discusses inland navigation in England between Bristol, Liverpool and Hull. He discusses the plans for this, the cost, as well as the benefits. A smart copy of this extremely scarce work. In a near contemporary full calf binding. Externally, generally smart with slight rubbing to the joints and to the extremities. Front hinge is strained but firm.
