English words for the signs, sometimes called Glosses, are the eight hundred and fifty words in the C. K. Ogden Basic English Word list. These words, extracted from everyday speech by Linguists, are said to be able to do the work of 20,000 English words, when every meaning of each word, or gloss, is considered. Beginning ASL study by learning these signs, most of which are citation signs, can enable a new student to become fluent quickly.Every sign in this dictionary has been examined by at least one member of the Deaf community, and certified to be current, meaningful, clear, and used in the Deaf community. The included signs convey one meaning of the Ogden words clearly, sometimes more than one meaning. Conveying the full power of 20,000 concepts in ASL requires the larger dictionary I'm preparing. I hope to publish the larger dictionary sometime before the year 2012.…

A close reading will clearly show that most of the problems that slow down the process of education are generated not only by the uneven distribution of the financial resources, and the enormous numbers of school districts, but mainly by the lack of a proper leadership and realistic goals on the part of the administrators in charge of it. Their selection is not very accurate, and the result is that many of them are not competent enough to handle this very sensitive position. Also some of them give in to the different pressures from the public at large in order to protect their jobs and the relative large salaries. The personal experience and observation of other international systems provides the author with several suggestions to improve education in the financial and educational area of this nation.…

Unlike most computing histories, Achieving Accuracy deals in detail with military computing systems generally omitted for lack of definitive information. (Computer design and computer-controlled missile guidance/ submarine navigation occupied some thirty years of the Author's professional career. )Achieving Accuracy's missile descriptions and discussions begin for weapon systems existing well before WW2 and cover virtually all US smart bombs, cruise and ballistic missiles of that century.
