As he states much of the information is in his head, not on paper - his goal was to write an interesting account and in this he succeeded. SIGNED on the title page. Illustrated throughout with photographs, including a preliminary section of his principal informants. Includes an introduction by Ben T. Traywick, Editor's Foreword, Foreword by Theodore Ten Eyck, Jr., epilogue, endnote and appendix.
