Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. FROM LENS TO EYE TO HAND PHOTOREALISM 1969 TO TODAY T. SULTAN 2017 HARD COVER. The former owner of these books clearly spent a good deal of time on Eastern Long Island because this is yet another of the several books from the Parrish Art Museum in Water Mill, New York that I have found and listed among his holdings. As the introduction to the book points out, the Museum has maintained realism as one of its focal points. Please find one of the most colorful art books I have ever encountered namely: From Lens to Eye to Hand: Photorealism 1969 to Today by Terri Sultan. This large-sized hard cover book (11 ¼ x 9 ¾ inches 128 pages) was published by the Parrish Art Museum dated 2017 and was apparently the catalogue for an Exhibition of the same name. It is cover to cover colorcolorcolor as you will see as your review the 77 or so paintings and watercolors presented in this book. Condition: This book is in very good condition. The lower corners of the hard covers are slightly bumped but overall, the covers are clean and vivid (like everything else in this book). Inside a former owner has left his embossed mark on the front endpaper but this is the only mark I found in the book. It is clean and bright throughout. The hinges are intact, and the binding is tight and sound. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.

Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. Zustand des Schutzumschlags: Very Good. 1st Edition. RADICAL SEAFARING ANDREA GROVER PARRISH ART MUSEUM 2016 LARGE HARD COVER 1ST DJ. Staying with the art and art-related theme for which I have been listing books of late but wandering a bit far afield, I am pleased to offer: Radical Seafaring by Andrea Grover et al. This decidedly experimental and experiential foray into the relationship between man and the sea defies easy description. This large hard cover book (10 ½ x 10 ½ inches 152 pages) was published by the Parrish Art Museum of Water Mill, New York (the eastern end of Long Island) in collaboration with Delmonico Books-Prestel of Munich and dated 2016-- a First Edition catalogue for an exhibition of the same name. It is very well illustrated with lots of photos of the projects which participated in this exhibition. Condition: This book is in very good condition. There is some bumping to the lower corner but that is the only real sign of wear that I found. Otherwise, the book is in clean and bright condition unmarked and unblemished from cover to cover. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.
