The main goal of this study is to create and study the possible particle model for the Higgs¿ condensate. We create this model as a set of non-local tachyons. Non-local tachyons are a new type of objects proposed in our previous papers which have a 3-dimensional space-like surface as a trajectory. As a consequence of this model we obtain the existence of a time constant ¿0 > 0 which is a parameter of our model. We show that then there exists a geometrical part of a diffraction in the time-like two-slit experiment which makes quantum mechanics invalid at short distances. Then we introduce the dark energy hypothesis which enable us to estimate ¿0 . As a main result we give the concrete experimental proposal which can be tested. Also the relation to the basic cosmological model is mentioned. Among the adopted SWC technologies were gabions, strip cropping, terracing, tree planting and water harvesting. This study established that lack of technical advice from agricultural experts as a major problem facing smallholders across both farming systems. The Radio, Mobile Phones and Farmer Field Days were the most preferred communication platforms for SWC technologies. A study was made of the results of monitoring soil contamination in industrial zones of Mariupol with heavy metals as a whole for the whole observation period from 2003 to 2017, which allowed creating a database on soil contamination and plotting the contamination of urban soils with heavy metal compounds. The graph shows the results of monitoring the content of heavy metals in the soils of industrial zones in Mariupol. The connection of crisis phenomena and problems in the economy of enterprises with the growth (fall) of soil pollution in the city is considered. These patterns are considered separately for each enterprise and the possible causes of the corresponding trends are given.
