One fore-corner peeping, small, 8mm diameter, hole in the calf of the lower board fore-edge, title page detached with minor frays to the gutter and bottom edge not affecting either the title or the Contents list on the verso, k2, k3 and k4 partly detached with the fore-edge of k2 and k3 versos losing several first letters on k2 and 10 letters (P, Ps, Psa) on k3, k4 recto has fraying to the gutter edge with loss of only one letter, k4 verso has a 20 x 20mm adhesion obliterating part of six lines otherwise a good copy of a scarce Dublin printed Book of Common Prayer.
