At this point, numerous specially developed software elements in Python are used with the OpenCV library to illustrate the practical part.The main source of this scientific work is the extensive book 'Computer Vision: Algorithms and Applications' by Richard Szeliski as well as all other scientific papers of the experts listed in his book.The completion of this thesis is accompanied by a self-developed software, which uses the discussed methods for feature detection and matching to perform image processing and image analysis processes.

This, no doubt, does not only affect national development but also continue to militate against the quality of education in Nigeria. This study is carried out to examine the effects of unemployment on the quality of education in Nigeria. It investigates the impact of unemployment on the attitude, perception and disposition of students towards education; how this attitude and perception affect the productivity of students and its overall impact on the quality of education. A self-structured questionnaire was used to elicit information from 105 respondents randomly selected from corps members, graduates, undergraduates, primary school teachers, secondary school teachers and college of Education lecturers from Ikere Local Government Area of Ekiti state. The study revealed that unemployment has discouraged majority of the students to be serious with academic activities which hinders their creative imagination and enhances criminal activities in schools. Most students are crazy to have certificates they cannot defend. This study, therefore, recommends the need to reposition education towards developing the creative skills of students and re-orientation of students on the essence of education as a means of widening their horizon so that they can make use of opportunities around rather than expecting automatic ticket to white collar jobs which are not readily available.

In terms of the economy, the climate change catastrophe cost us US$ 165 billion globally in 2019.Forests are vital players in reducing CO2 emissions, but the desertification of forests by humans includes 23 % of carbon emission. The transformation from fossil fuels to green energy can bring us US$ 52 trillion in a year. Also, biodiversity has a significant contribution to our ecosystem, and their preservation must be part of our responsibility. To have proper nutrition, drinking water, decent economic growth, sustainable cities, and several other human-friendly concepts in our world, we are required to control our population growth. Berberis aquifolium have shown positive antimicrobial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory actions in several microbial studies. So, this study was conducted to determine the antimicrobial efficacy of B. aquifolium against dental biofilm forming Streptococcus mutans and common oral pathogens.The dental caries samples were collected from 5 patients of age group 7-35yrs from Kottayam Dist., Kerala, under aseptic condition. All the collected plate samples were cultured on nutrient, blood and Mitis Salivary Agar plates and colonies were counted. Microbial species were identified on the basis of morphological and biochemical studies. Microbiological assay (agar well diffusion method and minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) to determine inhibition zone against oral pathogens were performed. Thus this study concluded that the ethanolic extracts of B. aquifolium showed significant MIC against S. mutans, Candida albicans and Pseudomonas aeruginosa compared to that of standard drug.

Independence from the Soviet Union in 1991 promised to be a fresh start for Ukraine and its peoples; a sovereign nation with the ability to pave its own destiny, free from the bloodied shackles of its Communist past. A nationwide referendum solidified the Ukrainian parliament's declaration of independence garnering an irrefutable show of support for statehood. Twenty-two years since gaining independence Ukraine was set to sign a landmark, comprehensive Association Agreement with the European Union; an agreement seen by many to represent the first phase of Ukraine's alignment with the Western world. Even Ukraine's pro-Russian President Viktor Yanukovych had euphorically proclaimed 'we [Ukraine] are walking towards Europe'. However by August 2013, with three months to go before the official signing of the deal, Russia implemented a de facto trade embargo on Ukrainian exports, in addition, the EU demanded the immediate release of jailed opposition leader, Yulia Tymoshenko, a move Yanukovych flat out rejected. Facing stalemate on both fronts, on the 21st November 2013 Ukrainian Prime Minister, Mykola Azarov, announced the suspension of preparations to sign the EU Association Agreement, opting instead for closer alignment with Russia.

From analyzing marriage trends in Shanghai, population specialists have concluded that individuals are moving away from the model of universal marriage. A recent growth of individualism in Chinese society has given rise to the desiring self. A large generation of educated, independent and career-driven women have been born. China is the second largest economy and has experienced a surge of unprecedented growth since the establishment of the open-door policy in 1978, resulting in an average GDP growth rate of 9.6 percent per annum in the first two decades of reform. The open-door policy encouraged China to partake in foreign trade, opening its market to the rest of the world. China's economic reform was unique to that of the Soviet Union or other former-socialist countries in Eastern Europe as it was more pragmatic and politically stable. The reform process was not like a blueprint and instead it was, like Deng Xiaoping illustrated, like a person walking across the river by feeling the rocks in each step.

The data were fed into SPSS version 20.0 followed by analysis and interpretation using descriptive statistics.Law enforcement and order maintenance are generally viewed as the two main duties of the police force. In addition to these two duties, the police are also frequently requested by the public to deliver social services. As one of the law enforcement statutory service teams, the police are expected to provide immediate aid and care to the public along with compulsory, regulatory, control, and defense practices. Provision of public services is one of the most significant roles of the contemporary police. Studies have shown that the police spend most of their time providing police services to the public. Based on the 2007 Law Enforcement Management and Administrative Statistics (LEMAS) report in the United States, the primary function of one-fifth of the police agencies was search and rescue. Specifically, nearly 60 percent of police officers undertook animal control tasks, nearly one-sixth of police agencies were responsible for providing emergency and medical services and carry out civil defense functions, and about one-tenth of police agencies provided fire prevention services.

Finally evaluating the determinants of resettlement on food security of Chewaka resettlement scheme will serve as a base for future since no studies has been conducted in this area regarding determinants of resettlement on food security.This study is limited to the determinants of resettlement on food security in Chewaka resettlement scheme on the information that obtained from resettled households of the Woreda in the year 2015/2016. Of the resettlements undertaken in different tabias of Chewaka Woreda, four Villages were selected. In selecting the tabias and resettlement sites, special attention is paid to impact of resettlement on food security and its determinants with respect to general socio-economic conditions at a household level. One of the limitations is the difficulty in getting proper responses from respondents regarding their status of food security because respondents are not willing to give true information on the amount of crop they produce annually. The availability and accuracy data can also affect the study. There are many terms, which involved the respondents estimating quantities. These estimates should be treated as having high error terms.

The data gathered through interviews and open-ended questions were categorized to groups to supplement the quantitative data.

This study investigated the degree of competence on concord in English attained by the Senior High School students in four selected schools in the Wa municipality of Ghana. The need for the work was underscored by the crucial role played by the English Language in Ghana's education. The findings of the study would be relevant in English Language learning and pedagogy. A simple survey research design was adopted for the study and the subjects of the study comprised one hundred and eighty-seven students from four SHSs in Wa. Fifteen objective questions set on different types of concord were used as the test instrument.The students' errors were classified and analysed using a simple percentage. The finding of the research revealed that the students have not mastered the rules guiding different types of concord. They were unable to dictate concord errors caused by a shift in the construction of the elements of sentences. The causes of concord errors were more of the misappropriation of concord rules. The implications of the findings in the teaching and learning of English are discussed and suggestions for improvement are made.
