What started as a small blog of an individual is today the largest German-speaking website for the extreme right and Islam enemies (Spiegel Online 2011). It is ranked among the thousand biggest German websites in terms of traffic and more than 60,000 people visit daily 'Politically Incorrect'. A large part of them come from Austria and Switzerland (Frankfurter Rundschau 2011).Unfortunately, this example shows that even today, more than 60 years after fascism, Muslims often face hostility in both Germany and Austria. The so called ¿Hate Speech¿, and the institutionalization of ¿Hate Speech¿ by websites like 'Politically Incorrect', account for a large part of this hostility. Therefore, the state, which has the responsibility of protecting its citizens, has also the duty to develop effective ways of responding to ¿Hate Speech¿. This term paper deals with the question whether Germany or Austria have these effective policies for responding to ¿Hate Speech¿. And if yes, which one of these two countries has better legal or extralegal ways for a response.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 24 pp. Englisch.

Neuware -Scientific Study from the year 2013 in the subject Geography / Earth Science - Geology, Mineralogy, Soil Science, , language: English, abstract: Palynomorphs have been recovered from the Adigrat Sandstone in the subsurface of the southeastern Ogaden region of Ethiopia. Core samples from well Abred-1 have yielded rich and well-preserved assemblages which are characterized by the dominance of the pollen genus Classopollis (average frequency 93%). Significant accessory elements are Anapiculatisporites dawsonensis, Ceratosporites helidonensis, Foraminisporis tribulosus, Nevesisporites vallatus, Retitriletes semimuris, Araucariacites australis, Callialasporites turbatus, and Perinopollenites elatoides. The microflora can be correlated with the lower part of the Corollina torosa Zone of Australia. It is concluded, therefore, that the studied section is of Hettangian or Sinemurian age. Continental deposition of the Adigrat Sandstone occurred probably under hot and dry climatic conditions. The presence of small numbers of acritarchs indicates a restricted marine influence.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 16 pp. Englisch.

Neuware -Research Paper (undergraduate) from the year 2013 in the subject Geography / Earth Science - Geology, Mineralogy, Soil Science, grade: B, University of Greenwich, language: English, abstract: It is believe that a better understanding of agricultural soil environment is a key to better soil quality and high crop yield. Understanding the soil problems would certainly leads to solutions on how to tackle them. However, this could not only serve as a part of soil management but also as a part of economic development. For instance, when mother is healthy and fertile, there is more expectation from her to provide healthy and quality produce but when there is deficiency in any of the elements (either macros or micros elements), her produce may also affected, hence increasing poverty and hunger. High quality and fertile soil always provide better condition for the growth and development of plants (right from seed germination up to the maturity stage). Example, deficiency in N, P, and K in soil might lead to several problems to growing plant in a particular soil environment. These problems may include poor germination, stunting, and defoliations of plants, late maturity and also susceptible to both pest and disease attack leading to poor yield of the crops. Therefore, understanding soil environment is a key to high yield of crop production in the north-west one of northern Nigeria.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 20 pp. Englisch.

Taschenbuch. Zustand: Neu. Neuware -Scientific Essay from the year 2013 in the subject Cultural Studies - Black Studies, , language: English, abstract: The novel ¿Efurü is written by Flora Nwapa in the year 1966. Nwapa is the first female writer in English in Nigeria. It is Nwapa who opened up opportunities for other women writers of the future. She showed deep understanding with ordinary Igbo women of her indigenous tribe, trapped in local social situations over which they could exert little control. The male writers earlier had not explicitly represented about the female Igbos. If they had ever done so, it was done in very partial manner and andocentric. It was stereotypical representation. The reality of the Igbo women was first presented by Flora Nwapa. Her novel ¿Efurü presents the rural Igbo woman. Economic independence of the rural Igbo woman is one of the themes in the novel. The most important institutions of family and marriage are brought in focus. The ¿episteme¿ of the male writers available to readers then, concentrated upon the impacts of the political transformations upon people as the themes, due to recent change of power from the British to the Nigerians. It was at that time just after six years of Independence that Nwapa quickly took up the social issues relating to the Igbo women. The social issues combined the marriage, economic and religious aspects of the Igbo woman. Efuru is the protagonist in the novel. She goes through two marriages. But both her marriages end due to her childlessness. Even her immediate society refuses to be kind to her. Stunned Efuru starts taking refuge in the company of one of the Igbo Goddesses or Mami Wata, named Uhamiri. She becomes a selected worshipper of the Mami Wata. The sub-divisions in the article will show how marriage fails to stable Efuru and an ancient religion comes to give some relief to Efuru.Key Words Nwapa; Efuru; Mami Wata; Childlessness; Igbo; Economic; NigeriaBoD - Books on Demand, In de Tarpen 42, 22848 Norderstedt 24 pp. Englisch.

Orientalism positioned Said as one of the founders and chief authorities in postcolonial criticism, opening the ¿floodgate[s] . . . that breached the authority of Western scholarship on Other societies¿ (Prakash, 1995: 99); consequently work produced in the field since has often been in response to Said¿s scholarship (Sullivan, Ismael,1991: 2). Neuware -Seminar paper from the year 2012 in the subject Sociology - Individual, Groups, Society, grade: 1,33, Jacobs University Bremen gGmbH, language: English, abstract: This paper starts by pointing out why stereotypes are harmful, especially for the recipient. Some consequences are increased anger, depression, and lower task performance. Continuing by explaining how an individual can reduce discrimination within himself as well as in a group this paper draws from the three main theories of stereotype development, namely social cognition perspective, social identity perspective and the discursive perspective. Drawing also from insights from the economic sociology I conclude that high status, power and a position in a structural hole between groups are facilitators for combating discrimination. Finally an example setting integrates the different theories and measure explained.BoD - Books on Demand, In de Tarpen 42, 22848 Norderstedt 16 pp. Englisch.

Taschenbuch. Zustand: Neu. Neuware -Seminar paper from the year 2012 in the subject American Studies - Literature, grade: 2,0, Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (Department of English and Linguistics), course: Frontier Lives, language: English, abstract: Inspired by medieval accounts about the City of Gold and the opportunity to tie on the famous Spanish conquerors, Cabeza de Vaca enthusiastically embarks to the Americas in 1527. However, the so-called Narváez Expedition develops different than expected and turns into a total disaster: during their expedition along the west-coast of Florida, Cabeza and his crew get lost, the majority of his comrades dies and Cabeza falls into the hands of the Indians. Exactly one century later, the Puritan goodwife Mary Rowlandson meets a similar fate and ¿ after her town Lancaster has been raided by the Indians ¿ becomes an Indian captive as well. This paper will extrapolate the different approaches of Vaca and Rowlandson to their Indian captivity, exemplifying through them the diverging intentions and strategies of the major colonizers of the New World, namely the English and Spanish. Therefore, I will mainly concentrate on Mary Rowlandson¿s account, accentuating her Puritan creed and the ambivalent success of her adaption of those principles on her life during captivity. In doing so, this paper will provide the reader with a brief historic overview about the Puritans¿ religious agenda in New England and explain why Rowlandson¿s text was met with such an exorbitant approval. In a short excursion, the main differences and similarities between Rowlandson¿s and Vacäs narration will be highlighted, only to point out that both Rowlandson and Vaca were figures bound to the social, cultural and religious conventions of their time.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 20 pp. Englisch.

He was born on 26 July 1869 in Hanover as the first of two children of the Roman Catholic bailiff Karl Lies and his wife Margaretha Louisa Brand. Already during his college years in Cologne, he started composing several piano and organ pieces. After college, he entered the conservatoire of Cologne and was taught composition and conducting by prof. Franz Wüllner, a well-known German composer and conductor (Dohr). Furthermore, he had classes in music theory with Gustav Jensen, piano with Otto Klauwell and score reading with conductor Eduard Mertke. In his leaving certificate, Franz Wüllner wrote about him: ¿He has proven to be highly ambitious and gifted and developed to a splendid musician during his study period.¿1 This statement sounds especially comprehensible if one considers that Lies composed during his studies among others one cantata, various pieces for piano en two symphonies of which he performed parts in his final exam. Apart from that, one can unfortunately not learn much more about his study period because the historical city archive of Cologne which probably contained some material collapsed two years ago.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 16 pp. Englisch.

Neuware -Bachelor Thesis from the year 2012 in the subject English Language and Literature Studies - Literature, grade: 1,8, University of Leipzig, language: English, abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyse the representation of women in utopian and dystopian literature. The research question of this paper is: To what extent is the representation of women and their status in the fictional societies determined by gender relations in the context of the distribution of power To explore this question the historical context in which s/he wrote the novel is also assumed to be important. The approach applied to this thesis is based on gender and literary studies. In order to analyse the representation of women, this thesis offers a coherent structure consisting of four important steps. Firstly, each novel will be introduced with a brief paragraph on the historical background. Secondly, the power relations of the society have to be observed. Thirdly, the resulting gender relations will be analysed. Finally, in the context of the prior three steps of this thesis, the representation of women will be observed. In addition, I will use traditional female stereotypes in literature as a criterion for the analysis of the representation of women. The novels chosen for this purpose are Herland, written by Charlotte Perkins Gilman in 1915, followed by the dystopia Brave New World, written by Aldous Huxley in 1932. The final novel will be the dystopia The Handmaid¿s Tale, written by Margarete Atwood in 1985. The last section of this thesis will compare the results of the analyses and clarify in how far power and gender relations determine the representation of women in utopian and dystopian literature in the light of the historical context of the novel.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 44 pp. Englisch.

Thewriter often tends to deal with these affiliations as a mode ofpostcolonial grand narrative exposing the theoretical clichésof marginalization and resistance. But a writer of a muchgreater sensibility transcends these issues and movestowards a global narrative of reconciliation and resolution. Amaster of every genre ¿ whether it is poetry, novels, librettotravelogue or children book ¿ Vikram Seth¿s Two Lives exhibits refreshing change in the postcolonial narrativetechnique. A masterful fusion of biography, memoryautobiography, documentary, history, fiction and essay likeexcursions, it resists theory biased theme of culturalresistance and gravitates towards a narrative of globalresolution. Deeply entrenched in the history of Second WorldWar it is a powerful reminder of the horrors and trauma ofthe War. Taschenbuch. Zustand: Neu. Neuware -Essay from the year 2007 in the subject Leadership and Human Resource Management - Miscellaneous, University of Leeds (Leeds University Business School), course: MA HRM, language: English, abstract: Performance appraisal (PA) is a process of setting some targets for the individuals which they are required to achieve. Performance of individuals is evaluated by the process and good performance is acknowledged by rewarding them which may be financial rise in pay, popularly known as increment or upward movement in the hierarchy i.e. promotion. Traditionally PA is a straightforward process where the manager can only review the performance of his subordinates annually. However, in order to meet the increased expectations of employers, customer demand and better output, PA plays a crucial role for which it has become a part of a wider HRM strategy called performance management (PM). Traditional PA has some limitations that can be minimised by following multi-rater PA system. 360-degree feedback and balanced scorecard are playing important role as recent innovations in the PM system. These two tools are being widely used in both public and private organisations of developed countries like UK, USA, Germany, France; even in the public sectors in Bangladesh, Non-Government Organisations (NGOs) in particular. This paper aims at discussing the traditional PA system experienced with several problems which the new innovations such as 360 degree feedback and balanced scorecard have attempted to overcome.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 16 pp. Englisch.

Neuware -Seminar paper from the year 2012 in the subject Biology - Zoology, grade: A, ( Atlantic International University ) (School of Science and Engineering), course: Master of Science (Applied Entomology), language: English, abstract: Bees evolved in specific areas of the world long ago, before they spread to becomeglobally as they are today (Tables 1 and II), according to Kugonza (2009). As they spread, they became adapted to the local ecological conditions of the different areas, changing in morphology and behaviour to fit within the requirements of the ecosystem, giving rise to a wide bee biodiversity of bee species and races we see today. Bees are classified under Animal Kingdom, Phylum Arthropoda. They belong to Class Insecta, which is divided into 29 Orders. Bees belong to the order Hymenoptera, which has three Super families, namely: Apoidea (bees), Formicoidea (ants) and Vespoidea (wasps). There are around 30,000 named species of bees (Apoidea). Apoidea is further divided into several Families, namely Apidae (social bees), colletidae, Andrenidae, Halictidae, Melittidae, Megachilidae, and Anthophoridae. Most of the Families have solitary individuals: each female bee makes her own nest, lays a single egg and provides food for the single larva that develops. However, a high level of social development is shown by the species in Apidae where the individuals live together in a permanent, large colony, headed by a single egg-laying queen (BfD, 2003c). Apidae is composed of four genera: Apis (honeybees), Trigona and Melipona (stingless bees), and Bombus (bumble bees). According to MAAIF (2012a), the genus Apis is comprised of 5 main species of honey bees: Apis dorsata (the giant honey bee); Apis laboriosa (the darker giant honey bee); Apis florea (the little or dwarf honey bee); Apis cerana (formerly Apis indica), is the eastern hive honey bee; and Apis mellifera (western honey bee). These species have evolved and differentiated into more species and races of honey bees. Kugonza (2009) described 9 species of honey bees in the world, which Oldroyd and Wongsiri (2006) grouped under 3 subgenera: Micrapis (Apis florea and A. andreniformis), Megapis (A. dorsata and A. laboriosa) and Apis (A. cerana, recently recognized as separate races of A. nigrocinta, A. koschevnikovi and A. nuluensis, and A. mellifera). Dietz (1992), Hussein (2000) and Wikipedia (2012) described over 28 races of A. mellifera alone. Beekeeping started with honey bees (Apis species), a practice called Apiculture, although keeping of stingless bees, belonging to the genera Trigona and Melipona, a practice called Meliponiculture, has recently picked up [.]Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 40 pp. Englisch.

Among other industries, this process has also heavily affected car manufactures. From a first idea about a ¿Volkswagen¿ in 1904, the Volkswagen Group has grown to one of the largest and most successful car manufacturers worldwide ranked 17th among the world¿s biggest corporations by Forbes. Fuelled by the economic rebuilding of Europe as well as the attempts of several third world countries to gain economic influence, Volkswagen started its road to internationalization around 1950 to 1960 resulting in a breakthrough in Europe, the United States as well as Africa. Continuing this process Volkswagen later discovered the Chinese market in the 1980s. On the one hand this internationalization was favoured by opportunities but on the other hand different countries come along with issues that are unlike of those in their home market in Germany. This essay investigates which main opportunities and challenges VW particularly faced in the Chinese market starting from the beginning of its operations in 1985 to the early 21st century using an institution - based view. It also critically analyses the applicability of Dunning¿s OLI paradigm for Volkswagen¿s internationalization strategy in China.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 64 pp. Englisch.

Resources must be put aside and injected into productive enterprises to create more wealth. Once an entrepreneur has set up his businesses, human resource should be well mobilised and well utilised to get the best out of it. Skilled ,trained and motivated labour is one sure way of making firms develop a competitive advantage. Products of a growing firm should be able to compete on the world market. These firms need support from governments and international community to develop capacity to improve human resource management. Other factors of production have no ability to produce without being managed by labour. Labour has an important role of combining other factors of production in appropriate proportions to have maximum production out of them.To do the important role of organising other factors of production, a lot needs to be done in regard to their training for applicable skills, coaching and development, recruitment, and motivation so that maximum capacity of this labour is achieved to do the work. Focus is needed on performance management of the workers ensuring their safety and security and their motivation. This adds on their value to yield effectively towards the organisation¿s objectives. They release the venom in their defense against intruders. Examples of venomous arthropods are scorpions, wasps, some caterpillars and bees. The word ¿parasite¿ is derived from two Greek words, ¿parä, meaning ¿beside¿, and ¿sitos¿ meaning ¿food¿. Therefore, a parasite literally means an organism that is beside another organism for purposes of obtaining food. Adam, et al. (1979) defined a parasite as an organism which depends for part of its life or for its entire life on another organism, called the host, from which it obtains food and shelter. According to Smyth (1996), hosts are normally of a different species from their parasites. Parasitism is a kind of adaptation for survival, and in any case, a true parasite should not kill its host, lest it will kill its source of survival and/or kill itself too. Although many parasitic organisms are harmless to the host, others are pathogenic; they cause disease in their hosts, leading to morbidity and death of the host. The parasitic mode of life must have been a survival mechanism developed by certain organisms since the beginning of life on earth, about 4 billion years ago. It must have been impossible for these organisms to survive on their own. It is known that environment can change; presenting different conditions each time and organisms struggle to cope and survive with the change. We are aware that the earth has gone through periods of ice, fire, meteorite strikes, volcanic eruptions, global dust veils, acid rain, and continental upheavals. When such changes occur in the environment, organisms naturally take refuge in safer habitats, hosts or geographical locations. Better still, others change behaviour or transit through an evolutionary process into a new organism in order to fit within the new conditions. So, changes in the environment present with both challenges and opportunities. Organisms which were once free living can become parasitic and those which were once non-pathogenic can become pathogenic.BoD - Books on Demand, In de Tarpen 42, 22848 Norderstedt 44 pp. Englisch.

This is especially true when the vast field of human emotions is concerned. With the world¿s languages differing in a myriad of ways in all sub-categories of structure-focused linguistics one might expect that the range of metaphors found in different languages should be just as limitless. Interlingual examinations of the metaphors used for articulating emotions, however, suggest that there are limits on the communicative resources employed (see Emanatian 1995, 163). In this paper I want to explore the idea that even completely unrelated languages may have a bias towards the use of certain communicative resources when certain universal human emotions are to be expressed linguistically. I want to take a closer look at common metaphors used for the articulation of lust and attitudes towards sex in four different languages, detect parallels and differences and propose that the three semantic domains of EATING, HEAT, and ANIMALS, might be cross-culturally favored as vehicles for conceptualizing feelings of lust and desire. I will argue that even completely unrelated cultures and languages tend to draw on these three metaphorical domains when attitudes towards sex and sexual activities are to be articulated.BoD - Books on Demand, In de Tarpen 42, 22848 Norderstedt 28 pp. Englisch.

In 'Othello', the effects of a confrontation between protestant England and the newly-civilized moor are demonstrated through intrigues and mistrust. IntroductionOn first sight, to compare these two works might seem awkward, as they are so different in many obvious ways: a long-lasting TV-series checked against a written drama of some pages Old-fashioned, mouldy language against fast-moving, expert and vulgar tongue There are far more points of criticism you could give. But I tried to dig deeper into the linguistic and theoretical structure of both works to find possible similarities that might make the two comparable.First, I will give a detailed description of the TV-series House, M.D. Then, I am going to examine how the topic ¿Lying and deception¿ is dealt with in both creations. After that, I will try to check whether Hamlet¿s interior monologues are a pre-psychological treatment for himself or not.Ultimately, the ways of acting, behaving and speaking are my aim. How much are they alike What is different Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 16 pp. Englisch.

Neuware -Seminar paper from the year 2012 in the subject Business economics - Investment and Finance, University of Innsbruck, course: Sales Management in Banking and Finance, language: English, abstract: Asset allocation strategies are a frequently discussed topic with increasing importance in times of crisis. Such strategies should prevent us from price deterioration in bad times and ensure high return potentials in good times. More and more tactical asset allocation funds emerge and promise better returns than simple strategy funds. They always try to be on the right market side, in up as well as in down phases. This seminar paper deals with some basic question about what strategic and tactical asset allocation is, when should it be used and if these strategies are appropriate in a highly uncertain environment like the current. It should give the reader a broad overview about the topic by referring to different accepted theories and studies. First the development of asset allocation methods will be described resulting in strategic and tactical asset allocation and an evaluation of them. Furthermore a link toward uncertain market conditions will be compounded.BoD - Books on Demand, In de Tarpen 42, 22848 Norderstedt 28 pp. Englisch.

Taschenbuch. Zustand: Neu. Neuware -Essay from the year 2013 in the subject Business economics - Investment and Finance, grade: 2,0, International University of Applied Sciences, course: Current Issues in Accounting & Finance, language: English, abstract: In the past, key financial instruments were focusing on concepts like the return on investment, return on equity and return on capital employed. However, within recent years, the flaws of the named ratios made it difficult to thoroughly rely on such figures any longer. As one key drawback connected to those solely finance-related ratios was that all non-financial aspects are missed out on. Further, the economic value creation was not respected in past models. EVA®, economic value added, is a concept on the rise that counteracts the flaws of recent financial ratios. By accounting for both the capital charges for investors and creditors, it allows a more sophisticated look into the value creation of a company. However Stern Steward & Co, who founded EVA®, give recommendations, so called adjustments, in order to make EVA® even more effective as it is without. As economic decision are not only covered by introducing a new ratio, it is important to contrast and to integrated EVA® to other frequently used financial models. Here, the net present value calculation is used most when evaluating on whether or not to take on a project. Now, the author shows that EVA® even can be used for net present value calculations, which is usually done by taking into consideration future cash flows. Further, economic profit is not all a modern business has to care about. In this respect, cash management has evolved in becoming a crucial cornerstone in financial management. Hence, the author has compared the cash conversion cycle to the EVA®. The questions is, does liquidity also affect the EVA® result Finally, the author concludes on whether or not EVA® can be regarded as ¿the one financial ratiö an how it interplays with other important models used in modern companies.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 24 pp. Englisch.

Taschenbuch. Zustand: Neu. Neuware -Seminar paper from the year 2012 in the subject Business economics - Investment and Finance, grade: 1, University of Innsbruck, course: Aktuelle Themen in Banking and Finance, language: English, abstract: Basel III is currently on everyone¿s lips. Some weeks before the introduction of the first requirements it is still not fully clear how and which parts of it will be implemented. Several studies about the impact of Basel III on bank loan availability for small and medium sized companies (SMEs ) do exist (e.g. McKinsey (2010)) which have shown that the introduction of those new regulatory requirements hamper the access for SMEs to sufficient sources of funding. This raises the question if these restrictions for bank lending can be substituted by some alternative funding source or if the availability of external finance to SMEs will be constrained under Basel III. This seminar paper focuses on the lending alternatives apart from bank loans and the possibility of gathering additional equity capital. This is basically the so called asset based finance. Thereby the paper concentrates on European SMEs as long as their conditions are quite similar to those of Austrian SMEs and the introduction of Basel III can be expected to be most strict for European financial institution and thus may hit those SMEs the most. Before starting with the explanation of different lending alternatives the importance of SMEs for the global economy should be pointed out. The importance is especially present in Europe. SMEs account for two third of the total employment in the EU-27 area and they generated more economic growth from 2002 to 2008 than large firms did (Oxford Economics, 2011). Moreover they represent 99% of all businesses that exist in Europe (European Commission, 2005). So SMEs are the main driver of economic growth, employment and wealth in Europe. Apart from that each single SME does not have a systematic risk and they were also not responsible for the current financial crisis. Thus SMEs should generally be supported to sustain growth and employment. Nevertheless the rules of Basel III may have highly negative influences on their financing possibilities which moreover has a negative effect on the real economy.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 28 pp. Englisch.

Neuware -Master's Thesis from the year 2013 in the subject Communications - Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, Social Media, grade: 9.0 (out of 10), Maastricht University (School of Business and Economics), course: Strategic Marketing, language: English, abstract: Product placement effectiveness currently receives much attention regarding explicit recall, general attitude and brand attitude. However, few studies investigate the impact on implicit recall and brand image. This study tries to fill these gaps, using modality to distinguish placements. It is hypothesized that audio-only placements perform more effectively than visual¿only ones and that audio-visual placements outperform both of the former in terms of both, implicit recall and brand image. Furthermore, two moderating effects are hypothesized, namely perceived congruence and prior notifications. Anderson and Bower¿s (1973) HAM theory as well as KPM (Friestad & Wright, 1994, 1995) and the concept of reactance (Brehm, 1981) are used to predict the respective effects. An online questionnaire is used to collect quantitative data from 257 respondents using sequences from the TV show Modern Family. The findings reveal that changing modality indeed leads to better recall and increasing brand image, which is in line with the respective hypotheses. The evaluation of the moderation effects provides mixed results of significance. Theoretical and managerial implications of the findings are discussed in detail and finally, limitations and potential avenues for future research are defined.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 64 pp. Englisch.
