In the area of town-planning, Perrault has conceived designs for Nantes, Bordeaux, Berlin and Caen; he also designs furniture and researches new building materials. Major current projects by Perrault are under way for the extension of the Court of Justice of the European Community (Luxemburg) and the multimedia library of Venissieux.
