Trade paperback. Zustand: Very good. Presumed First Edition/First Printing. Various paginations (approximately 276 pages). Selected Bibliography. Illustrations. Acronyms. Circular A-76. Cover has slight wear and soiling with some sticker residue on back. The Defense Acquisition University (DAU) is a corporate university of the United States Department of Defense offering "acquisition, technology, and logistics" (AT&L) training to military and Federal civilian staff and Federal contractors. DAU is headquartered in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, and is accredited by the American Council on Education (ACE), International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and the Council on Occupational Education (COE). The effort put into Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76 and related initiatives is great yet the savings are at best marginal. Moreover, there is evidence these initiatives are degrading mission performance.…
