The Government of India has recently allocated 83 000 crores of rupees for the spread and maintenance of elementary and secondary education in 11 Five Year Plan from 2007 to 2112. It is concerned with the actual properties of speech sounds and their production audition and perception as opposed to phonology which is the study of sound system an abstract sound units. The writers must struggle and facing to scratch out a living and it is not hand to understand that the writers have unlimited experience to start it.
