Covers are lightly toned and corners are mildly rubbed, but remain bright and clean. Signed and inscribed by the author, Charles Simic, on the first page "Dear Paul, I promise never to write a poem like this again. Love Charlie". Black-and-white pictorial frontispiece of doodles atop type face. Title and copyright pages are dated 1972. Stated first edition of 1000 paper bound copies. 61 pages. Illustrations on every other verso page. Interiors are clean and unmarked. A very good copy. Signed by Author(s).
