[no date]. (hardcover) Fine, no dust jacket. viii, 452pp. Bright gold cloth with Black illustrations and lettering to front cover and spine. Practically unread. Includes site maps and an index to volume 1. Volume one was done in 1967 and the women of Cereal felt there were wore stories to tell!
