Druck auf Anfrage Neuware - Printed after ordering - The project TRIFT - a Leonardo-da-Vinci-Transfer of Innovation-Project 2010-2012 - has elaborated a competence matrix for the professional area 'foreign trade', which consists of competence areas and competence development steps inside these areas. This competence matrix can be used to describe competence profiles for individuals, for the needs of companies (e.g. for applications) or for vocational programmes. It has been tested through internships by apprentices for foreign trade. They had to run an ePortfolio, the results have been evaluated by specially developed assessment instruments on the basis of the competence matrix. Through the valid evaluation of the competences gained during an internship it is possible to acknowledge and recognise them as completed parts of the respective vocational programme. The competence matrix and the instruments developed in this project also support the ECVET-process. This publication offers articles on the theoretical background and the work process of the project (including evaluational remarks) as well as the documentation of the results: competence matrix, competence profiles for vocational programmes in five countries and the documents of ePortfolio and assessment.…

Druck auf Anfrage Neuware - Printed after ordering - Dans le cadre du projet TRIFT - un projet de transfert d'innovation de Leonardo da Vinci 2010-2012 - une matrice de compétences concernant le secteur d'activité 'commerce international' a été élaborée. Cette matrice de compétences segmente, sur la base des processus de travail du ledit secteur, les différentes domaines de compétences et à l'intérieur de celles-ci, les degrés de développement des compétences. Cette matrice de compétences peut être utilisée afin de décrire des profils de compétence d'une personne, d'une entreprise (p.ex. pour décrire le profil exigé lors d'un recrutement) ou encore afin de décrire le programme d'une formation professionnelle. Le fonctionnement de la matrice a été éprouvé par des apprentis du secteur 'commerce international' ayant effectué des stages à l'étranger. Les apprentis ont élaboré une Portfolio. Les résultats ont été contrôlés par des instruments d'évaluation ('assessment'), qui ont été partiellement développés sur la base de la matrice. Grâce à une vérification valide des compétences acquises lors des stages à l'étranger, il est dès lors possible de plus ancrer ces stages dans la formation professionnelle. La matrice de compétences de TRIFT convient bien aux instruments du processus ECVET. Druck auf Anfrage Neuware - Printed after ordering - Im dem Projekt TRIFT - ein Leonardo da Vinci-Innovationstransferprojekt 2010-2012 - wurde eine Kompetenzmatrix für den Bereich Außenhandel entwickelt, welche auf der Grundlage von Arbeitsprozessen in Kompetenzbereiche und innerhalb dieser in Kompetenzentwicklungsstufen gegliedert ist. Diese Kompetenzmatrix kann genutzt werden, um Kompetenzprofile für Personen, für Betriebe (z.B. als Anforderungsprofil bei Bewerbungen), aber auch für Berufsbildungsprogramme zu beschreiben. Sie wurde getestet in Auslandspraktika für Auszubildende aus dem Bereich Außenhandel. Diese mussten ein ePortfolio erarbeiten. Die Resultate wurden durch Assessment-Instrumente geprüft, die auf der Grundlage der Matrix zum Teil neu entwickelt wurden. Durch die valide Überprüfung der Kompetenzen, die im Rahmen eines Auslandspraktikums erworben wurden, ist es möglich, diese Praktika stärker in der Berufsausbildung zu verankern. Die Kompetenzmatrix und die im Projekt entwickelten Instrumente sind gut auch für den ECVET-Prozess zu nutzen.
