Neuware -The work proposed to the reader asserts the equality of all speeds in nature and, consequently, the existence of a multitude of time measurements in the space-time continuum. Based on this statement a method is presented for building a space-time-related inertial reference configuration. Using this method, a theoretical substantiation is given of the speed limit both for reference configurations with a relative movement and for particles (hence, for the speed limit of transfer of interaction in reference configurations of each time measurement).
