Unfortunately the book has suffered from water damage, evident on the upper portion of the spine and the end-papers. The front and back hinges have been re-enforced and the rear end-paper replaced. Unnumbered copy, although signed by Calder below the colophon as called for. Lacks the original drawing which came with this issue, although probably this out-of-series copy never had one. A superbly produced book, much more attractive than the ordinary edition of 700 copies. All copies, both this limited issue and the ordinary edition, were printed by S. A.
