OCLC records indicate the first issue may have been published May 15, 1967, so we presume this issue to be a little later than that. Previously mentioned record indicates this was published by Students for Educational Reform at the University of Washington in Seattle. This issue does have several pieces critiquing education at the University of Washington, including a map project gone wrong. Another lengthy essay looks at LSD use, its dangers, suggesting that its use is in decline among younger groups. With anti-war pieces. etc. GOOD condition. Moderate fading along the edges.
