Zustand: Good. 1957. Reprinted. 382 pages. No dust jacket. Red cloth covered boards with gilt. Black and white photographs and diagrams. Pages with some foxing and tanning, particularly to endpapers and textblock edges. Some cracking to gutters with exposed netting. Binding loose. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some moderate marking and tanning. Gilt lettering to spine is slightly dulled.

Zustand: Good. 1963. 1963. 256 pages. Pictorial dust jacket over blue cloth. Contains black and white illustrations. Pages remain bright and clear with minimal tanning and foxing. Binding remains firm. Pen inscription to front free endpaper. Boards have noticeable edge wear with corner bumping and rubbing to surfaces. Mild crushing to spine ends. Unclipped dust jacket. Panels to dust jacket have light edge wear with tears and creasing.

Contains 383 printed pages of text with monochrome illustrations and photographs throughout. Lower spine end and corners slightly softened. Near Fine condition book in Very Good condition dust wrapper with two 5 mm chips to the upper spine end and one to the lower, tiny rubs and nicks to the corners, price clipped.
