Stretching & Flexibility presents 100 exercises, with detailed instructions and Cues. Each exercise has a minimum of three photographs, and there are many anatomical illustrations, too. Beginner's, Intermediate, and Advanced versions of exercises are shown. There are groups of exercises organised by sport or activity. The author is a researcher and presenter in this area, and he teaches internationally. He is also the author of Overcome neck & back pain, a best-seller in this area. He has a Master of Letters degree, awarded by the Science Faculty of the Australian National University in 1992. He was granted an Australian Post-Graduate Research award for PhD research; back pain was the key case study.
