He has to his credit more than two dozen books, authored and edited, and more than sixty research papers published in reputed journals and edited volumes. He has undertaken scores of research studies sponsored by Ministries of Housing and Urban Poverty, Urban Development, SocialWelfare, Agriculture, NCW, UGC, ICSSR etc. Dr. Singh is champion of urban governance and change management.
