Top edges gilt, patterned endpapers. Light damp staining to the leading edges of the boards, rubbed at the extremities. A two inch repaired split at the head of the lower joint of volume one. Knocked at the top corner of volume two. therefore description as good only.The bindings remain tight, the contents clean and unmarked. Seventeen hundred illustrations including 46 coloured plates, A heavy set which will attract a request for additional postage if ordered from locations outside the United Kingdom.
